Panthers lead Empire junior C hockey semifinal series 3-0

The Port Hope Panthers are one win away from advancing to the Empire junior C hockey championship series after a 4-2 win over the Amherstview Jets on Thursday night.

Port Hope now leads the best-of-seven semifinal series against Amherstview 3 games to 0.

Game 4 is scheduled for Saturday night in Port Hope, starting at 6:30 p.m. at the Jack Burger Sports Complex.
